Practice Inquiry: Clinical Uncertainty as a Focus for Small-Group Learning and Practice Improvement

Please response Great post his week. It is very important to have “Practice Inquiry” in place. This will help a clinician to better manage case-based uncertainty. In order to do this, one should form a small group called practice-based learning and improvement. This group should be made up of clinician’s that meet regularly to share clinical experience, review evidence-based practice and make conclusions to improve the practice (Sommers, Morgan, Johnson, & Yatabe, 2007). Do you think that have such a committee would help to better your practice and in what way ? Who would you include on this committee? Reference: Sommers, L. S., Morgan, L., Johnson, L., & Yatabe, K.
